Eliza is a Senior Legal Assistant at GHL, where she directly supports Partner Jason Green and Senior Lawyer John Ferguson.

After completing her Diploma in Business Administration in 2013, Eliza embarked on her legal career in early 2014 as an Office Coordinator. It was in this role that she first developed her passion for legal support within the legal sector.

In 2016, Eliza relocated to the Northern Territory and advanced her career in legal assistant roles, gaining experience across diverse areas of law, including both litigated and non-litigated workers’ compensation claims, personal injury, civil litigation, medical negligence, wills and estates, leasing disputes, employment law, and public liability claims.

Working in a multicultural environment, she refined her skills in assisting with complex, sensitive cases across varied legal disciplines.
Since joining GHL in 2019, Eliza has become an integral member of the team, known for her dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to client care in often sensitive matters. She thrives in a fast-paced work environment, consistently delivering high-quality support and demonstrating unwavering professionalism.
